Treatment pricing
We publish our prices because the first question most people have is the one hardest to get answered. Below is what we charge, what insurance typically covers, and where a number depends on your exam.
The short answer
- Most medically necessary vein care is insurance-covered — including vascular ultrasound, radiofrequency and laser ablation, chronic venous insufficiency management, and venous ulcer care.
- Sclerotherapy is $350 per session when performed for cosmetic reasons, and insurance-covered when medically indicated.
- Aesthetic and wellness treatments are cash-pay — wrinkle relaxers from $10 per unit, Sculptra $850 per vial, microneedling from $375, and wellness memberships from $299 per month.
- You get your number before treatment, not after. We verify benefits at consultation and write out an estimate.

How billing works here
Insurance-covered treatment
Medically necessary vein care is billed to your insurance. We verify your benefits at consultation — including any deductible or co-insurance you would owe — before anything is scheduled. Coverage depends on your plan and on what the ultrasound finds, so the consultation is where an estimate becomes real.
Cash-pay treatment
Aesthetic treatments, wellness memberships, and cosmetic vein work are paid out of pocket at the prices listed above. Injectables are priced per unit, so your total depends on how many units your treatment needs — you get that number before we begin, not after.
Where a price says "consult"
A few treatments are not publicly priced because the plan genuinely varies by person. Rather than advertise a number we would have to walk back, we quote those at consultation once we have examined you.
Prices are current as of the practice service menu and are subject to change. Listed prices are for treatment only and do not include any separate consultation or diagnostic fees where those apply. Insurance coverage is determined by your plan, not by this page — nothing here is a guarantee of benefits.
