For vein concerns, duplex ultrasound can be performed in-office at the same appointment, which means diagnosis and a treatment plan in one trip rather than two. Most medically necessary vein care — including vascular ultrasound, ablation, and venous ulcer care — is covered by insurance. Aesthetic treatments are cash-pay with pricing given up front.
